Allison graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Human Resource Management, Allison spent several years working in retail management. This experience taught her a lot about leadership, communication, and the importance of creating a positive environment for both employees and customers.
In May 2023, she transitioned to Delta Dallas, stepping into the role of Candidate Experience Leader. Delta Dallas appealed to Allison because it’s a women-owned business that values diversity and innovation, aligning perfectly with her personal principles. Helping others find their ideal positions and contributing to their happiness is incredibly rewarding for her.
Outside of her professional life, Allison is a passionate animal lover. At home, she shares her life with her fiancé and two beloved cats, Boo-Boo and Yogi, who provide endless joy. In her free time, she enjoys painting, exploring nature through hikes, watching movies, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
